For local service businesses
People call, message you on Facebook, fill out your form at 9pm, and find you on Google — and you’re one person. We build the system that answers all of it, keeps following up until they book, and asks every happy customer for a review.
If people call you, book you, or walk through your door, this is for you.
No pitch — we’ll tell you if we’re not the right fit
The honest problem
There just isn’t a version of your week where you also get to:
Each one takes five minutes. That’s the whole problem — they take five minutes, and they always come up when you’re in the middle of something.
The virtual front desk
Most local businesses can’t afford a front desk. So we build you a virtual one. An app is one more thing to check — a front desk is what answers whether you check it or not.
None of that asks you to remember anything. That’s the difference.
How we work
You’re not going to be handed a login and a tutorial.
A person goes through your business the way a customer would. Free, before you’ve paid us anything.
You look at it and tell us what’s wrong. You’re not the one building it — and when it’s ready we sit down and show you how to use it. Not a link to a tutorial.
When something needs changing, you tell us and we change it. Same people, every time.
Whatever you run now
You don’t have to change anything to get started. You don’t have to go buy anything else either.
You don’t need to go buy something first. Booking, reminders and the calendar can live here too, in the same place as the calls and the texts. Nothing else to sign up for.
Jobber, Gingr, Mindbody, anything. Keep it — we don’t touch it and nothing gets moved. Your software runs the work: scheduling, reminders, invoicing. We run everything before that. Where a stranger becomes a customer is where our part ends and yours begins.
Keep that too — the system sits behind whatever site you’ve got, so it doesn’t need a new one to work. If your site turns out to be what’s holding you back we’ll say so, and refreshing or rebuilding it is something we do. But that’s your call, not a requirement.
More can move into the same system as you grow — contracts and e-signatures, customer questionnaires, deposits and invoices, rental bookings, welcome emails. Tell us what’s taking your time and there’s a good chance it can live here too.
Where to start
All three put the same front desk behind your business. The system works with the website you already have — a new one is an option, not a requirement.
The front desk system
For when you just paid someone for your website last year.
Keep the site you have. We put the system behind it — one place for every call, text and form, a business number that texts back when you miss a call, and follow-up that runs on its own.
Ask about Essentials → Most people start hereThe system + your website
For when your website isn’t pulling its weight.
A new website built to get people to call and book, with everything above wired in from day one — plus automated review requests, your Google profile sorted out, online booking, and a monthly report of what actually came in.
Ask about Refresh →Everything, built around your week
For when the real problem is a process, not a phone call.
Everything in Refresh, and then we go after whatever is actually eating your time — contracts and deposits, customer intake, questionnaires, rental bookings, waking up the contacts already in your phone. Every build at this level is different, because every business wastes time differently.
Ask about Complete →Not included: online stores, member logins, and custom connections into software you already run, or content changes past what your plan covers. Any of that is a separate quote, and you’ll have the number before we start anything.
One of ours
Boarding, daycare, grooming and training on acreage. Joe and his team are with the dogs all day, which means the phone rings and there’s nobody at the desk to answer it. They have a voice agent named Bailey answering the phone and a chat agent named Max on the website.
200+
conversations handled in a single month
300+
follow-ups triggered automatically
Their new website is the last thing we’re building for them. The system went in first, and it was working before the site changed at all.
Start here
Tell us what’s going on in your business and we’ll tell you whether we can help. You’ll be talking to the people who’d be doing the work, not a salesperson.
