Meet the founder
For more than 20 years, at several companies, from Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies to a global online business, I’ve turned messy, manual work into systems that run on their own. Along the way, I’ve led sales and finance teams in the U.S. and around the world.
I started Simple Service Automation to bring that experience to local businesses and museums. I handle the setup, explain it clearly, and keep it running, so your business is easier to run.
Before Simple Service Automation
Most recently, my team and I spent more than a decade running the systems behind a global company’s online business — the store, the payments, and the follow-up with every customer. I led sales teams in the U.S., Latin America and our education division, and finance teams across several regions of the world. Before that, I started my career in sales at a Fortune 100 company and a Fortune 500 company.
Now I bring that experience to businesses and museums that don’t have a team for it.
You’re doing the work, answering the phone, and trying to remember who you owe a call back. You don’t need another app to learn. You need someone to set it up, make it run, and tell you plainly what’s working. That’s what my team and I did every day for a much bigger company. Now I’ll do it for you.
See how it works →You need a plan, and someone to carry it out. I’ve served on nonprofit boards, so I know what your board is going to ask. My teams negotiated with vendors, built the reports leadership relied on, and moved an in-person program online in the middle of the pandemic. I’ll help you decide what’s worth doing, build it, and keep it simple enough for your staff and volunteers.
See how it works →Some moments matter more than the rest: presenting to your board, asking the bank for funding, pitching a major partner. I’ll help you shape the story, get the numbers straight, and polish the presentation so you walk in ready.
